The Southern New Castle County Communities Coalition (SN4C) is a community-based organization dedicated to preventing youth substance use and abuse, aiming to foster healthy, stable, and family-oriented communities in Southern New Castle County, Delaware.

Our History
Recognizing a growing problem with substance abuse and crime among youth, especially with the rapid population growth in Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend, key leaders in the Appoquinimink School District initiated SN4C.
Our Activities
SN4C engages in various initiatives to educate and involve the community in substance abuse prevention, including:
- Educational Programs: Providing resources and training to raise awareness about the dangers of substance use.
- Community Events: Organizing events to promote healthy lifestyles and community engagement.
